No mesmo sentido, o volume de vendas da plataforma anotou uma alta de 34,2% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo do ano anterior, para US$ 3,4 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Apesar de apresentar um recuo na segunda metade de mar\u00e7o, o com\u00e9rcio eletr\u00f4nico teve forte alta em\u00a0 abril. De acordo com o Mercado Livre, entre os dias 18 e 24 de mar\u00e7o, o volume de vendas teve uma baixa de 1,4%. No per\u00edodo, a taxa de crescimento de itens vendidos disparou 75,8%, enquanto o volume transacionado subiu 72,6% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual, sem considerar os efeitos cambiais.<\/p>\n<h2>Mercado Livre deve reverter perdas de 2020<\/h2>\n<p>Com os resultados positivos, a companhia deve reverter as perdas deste ano. At\u00e9 a \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira, as a\u00e7\u00f5es do Mercado Livre acumulavam uma queda de 6,5% desde o in\u00edcio do ano.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a empresa, o resultado para o Brasil, que representa cerca de 60,9% da receita l\u00edquida total da companhia, avan\u00e7ou 31,4% em d\u00f3lares e 54,8% na moeda nacional. A base de usu\u00e1rios do Mercado Pago atingiu a marca de 43,2 milh\u00f5es, um aumento de 30,9%. Ao tempo em que o volume de pagamentos subiu 43,%, para US$ 8,1 bilh\u00f5es.
