Entre os destaques, o Grande Pr\u00eamio de F\u00f3rmula 1 atraiu p\u00fablico recorde superior a 300 mil pessoas em tr\u00eas dias, elevando a taxa de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o e as tarifas hoteleiras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>fundo imobili\u00e1rio HTMX11<\/strong> tamb\u00e9m avan\u00e7ou em sua estrat\u00e9gia de desinvestimento. No m\u00eas, foram vendidas 10 unidades hoteleiras, com <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/o-que-receita-bruta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">receita bruta<\/a> de R$ 4.068.159,95. Ap\u00f3s a <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/taxa-de-performance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">taxa de performance<\/a>, o resultado l\u00edquido foi de R$ 3.591.835,70, equivalente a R$ 1,2437 por cota. Desde o in\u00edcio dessa fase, j\u00e1 foram alienadas 593 unidades, somando R$ 46,38 por cota amortizada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O portf\u00f3lio encerrou novembro com 755 unidades em 19 hot\u00e9is, e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o no Intercity Premium Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas foi completamente encerrada. Com isso, o RevPAR atingiu R$ 396, tamb\u00e9m com decl\u00ednio de 9% frente aos R$ 437 do mesmo per\u00edodo anterior. Esses n\u00fameros refletem a sazonalidade t\u00edpica do setor e a normaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da demanda ap\u00f3s grandes eventos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para dezembro, a gest\u00e3o do <strong>HTMX11<\/strong> indica mercado consistente na primeira quinzena, impulsionado por eventos corporativos e celebra\u00e7\u00f5es de fim de ano, seguido de desacelera\u00e7\u00e3o na segunda metade por efeito sazonal.
