Para o investidor, a refer\u00eancia de rendimento permanece competitiva frente a alternativas de renda fixa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Descontada a tributa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/aplicacoes-financeiras\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">aplica\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras<\/a>, a rentabilidade l\u00edquida do m\u00eas equivale a 124% do CDI, j\u00e1 ap\u00f3s impostos. Esse indicador refor\u00e7a a atratividade relativa do fluxo distribu\u00eddo pelo fundo, mesmo em um contexto de resultados pressionados no curto prazo por custos financeiros e ajustes cont\u00e1beis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos \u00faltimos 12 meses, o <strong>fundo imobili\u00e1rio RECT11<\/strong> pagou R$ 4,62 por cota. Desde maio de 2019 (p\u00f3s-IPO) at\u00e9 dezembro de 2025, as distribui\u00e7\u00f5es acumuladas somam 43,31% sobre a cota-base de R$ 100.
