Ademais, os ofertantes n\u00e3o s\u00e3o registrados como sociedades empres\u00e1rias de pequeno porte, o que \u00e9 essencial.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/suno-one\/\">Garanta acesso gratuito \u00e0 eBooks, Minicursos, Artigos e Video Aulas com um \u00fanico cadastro. Clique para saber mais<\/a><\/p>\n<p>O crowdfunding de investimento \u00e9 uma ferramenta utilizada para capta\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos para startups. Este instrumento \u00e9 usado por companhias que necessitam de recursos financeiros para desenvolver produtos e servi\u00e7os.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com CVM, nenhuma das 26 ofertas da Finco Invest apresenta, por exemplo, o contrato de investimento que teria que constar no pacote de documentos jur\u00eddicos, como \u00e9 exigido pela Instru\u00e7\u00e3o 588, que regulamenta o crowdfunding de Investimento no Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA norma estabelece que as plataformas apresentem, sobre cada oferta, informa\u00e7\u00f5es claras, objetivas e adequadas ao tipo de investidor. As p\u00e1ginas dos sites ou aplicativos precisam dar destaque e direcionar os usu\u00e1rios para os documentos jur\u00eddicos relacionados \u00e0 oferta\u201d, disse Luis Miguel Sono, Superintendente de Registro de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p>O prazo da suspens\u00e3o das ofertas ir\u00e1 durar por 30 dias e j\u00e1 est\u00e1 em vigor.
