A petroleira <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/estatal-so-se-for-de-graca\/\">estatal<\/a> det\u00e9m 51% de participa\u00e7\u00e3o na empresa atualmente. As informa\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o da &#8220;Ag\u00eancia Brasil&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h2>In\u00edcio da fase vinculante da Petrobras para venda de duas e\u00f3licas<\/h2>\n<p>A Petrobras tamb\u00e9m informou o\u00a0 in\u00edcio da fase vinculante para a venda de 100% de sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o nas companhias: <strong>E\u00f3lica Mangue Seco 1 <\/strong>e<strong> E\u00f3lica Mangue Seco 2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a estatal petroleira tamb\u00e9m comunicou que a fase n\u00e3o vinculante para a venda da totalidade de suas a\u00e7\u00f5es nas E\u00f3lica Mangue Seco 3 e E\u00f3lica Mangue Seco 4 est\u00e1 em andamento.
