Segundo a <strong>Weg<\/strong>, o total corresponde a R$ 0,3417 por a\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a empresa aprovou a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>JCP<\/strong> no valor de R$ 0,111294118 por a\u00e7\u00e3o, que ser\u00e1 pago de forma l\u00edquida em R$ 0,0946 por a\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s a reten\u00e7\u00e3o de imposto de renda. O pagamento dos valores ser\u00e1 realizado em 12 de dezembro. As <strong>a\u00e7\u00f5es WEGE3<\/strong> ser\u00e3o negociadas ex-dividendos e ex-JCP a partir de 4 de dezembro, de acordo com o comunicado ao mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A companhia tamb\u00e9m informou que antecipou o pagamento de um JCP divulgado em setembro. O valor, equivalente a R$ 0,11 por a\u00e7\u00e3o e somando aproximadamente R$ 462 milh\u00f5es, estava inicialmente previsto para mar\u00e7o de 2026, mas ter\u00e1 sua quita\u00e7\u00e3o realizada igualmente em 12 de dezembro de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No total, considerando dividendos complementares, JCP aprovado e o JCP antecipado, os acionistas receber\u00e3o tr\u00eas parcelas no mesmo dia.
