Em dividendos, o fundo distribuiu <strong>R$ 0,10 por cota<\/strong> referente a outubro de 2025, indicador que mant\u00e9m a atratividade do produto para o investidor de renda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O montante pago equivale a um <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/dividend-yield-como-calcular\/\" rel=\"noopener\">dividend yield<\/a> mensal de <strong>0,99%<\/strong>, ou 11,96% em termos anualizados, tomando como refer\u00eancia o pre\u00e7o de fechamento de R$ 10,03 na \u00faltima sess\u00e3o do m\u00eas. Para a Zagros Capital, a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o decorre de uma pol\u00edtica de transpar\u00eancia e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua com o mercado, conforme destacou o CEO e Diretor de Gest\u00e3o, Pedro van den Berg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No campo societ\u00e1rio, o fundo concluiu a 10\u00aa emiss\u00e3o de cotas, levantando <strong>R$ 693,33 milh\u00f5es<\/strong>. Em paralelo, manteve o plano de crescimento via aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es estrat\u00e9gicas. Em 21 de outubro, finalizou a compra de um im\u00f3vel em Quatro Barras (PR), atualmente ocupado pela Renault, por meio de transa\u00e7\u00e3o com o FII VTLT11, em processo de liquida\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o fundo adquiriu 100% das a\u00e7\u00f5es de uma SPE propriet\u00e1ria de um condom\u00ednio log\u00edstico em Serop\u00e9dica (RJ), opera\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>R$ 67,99 milh\u00f5es<\/strong> liquidada em cotas no \u00e2mbito da 10\u00aa emiss\u00e3o.
