Segundo a empresa, a melhora reflete principalmente o aumento de 12% na base m\u00e9dia de alunos em academias pr\u00f3prias SmartFit e o incremento de 10% do t\u00edquete m\u00e9dio no per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A companhia encerrou o terceiro trimestre de 2025 com 1.867 academias em 16 pa\u00edses, um crescimento da rede de 17% quando comparada ao mesmo per\u00edodo do ano anterior. Ao final do per\u00edodo, a companhia superou o marco de 1.500 unidades pr\u00f3prias, com sua rede composta por 1.501 academias pr\u00f3prias (80% do total) e 366 franquias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mix de geografias, a empresa destaca o aumento na participa\u00e7\u00e3o de Outros Pa\u00edses, que terminou o per\u00edodo representando 31% das academias, alta de 1 ponto porcentual (p.p.) em compara\u00e7\u00e3o ao terceiro trimestre do ano passado, enquanto o Brasil e o M\u00e9xico respondiam por 47% e 22%, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No trimestre, foram adicionadas 49 unidades, sendo 48 da marca SmartFit e 1 da &#8220;Bio Ritmo e outras&#8221;. Das adi\u00e7\u00f5es do trimestre, 22 est\u00e3o localizadas no Brasil, 14 em Outros Pa\u00edses e 13 no M\u00e9xico. Das academias inauguradas, 42 s\u00e3o unidades pr\u00f3prias (86%) e 7 franquias. Na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o segundo trimestre, a base mostrou alta de 1%, impulsionada sobretudo pela expans\u00e3o da companhia nos \u00faltimos trimestres e pela matura\u00e7\u00e3o da rede. Nos primeiros nove meses de 2025, foram adicionados 389 mil clientes, avan\u00e7o de 8% frente a dezembro de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No Brasil, a base de clientes encerrou o trimestre com 2,2 milh\u00f5es, aumento de 3% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo do ano passado, o que corresponde a 1% da popula\u00e7\u00e3o matriculada em uma das academias da companhia no Pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqui no <strong>Suno Not\u00edcias<\/strong>, j\u00e1 mostramos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/smart-fit-smft3-uma-academia-por-dia-go\/\">como a SmartFit (SMFT3) planeja abrir mais de uma academia por dia<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No terceiro trimestre, o capex foi de R$ 513 milh\u00f5es, eleva\u00e7\u00e3o de 13% ante um ano antes. O capex de expans\u00e3o cresceu 10% frente ao mesmo per\u00edodo do ano anterior, totalizando R$ 426,2 milh\u00f5es no trimestre.
