O valor ser\u00e1 pago em cinco parcelas, no prazo total de 24 meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O CPSH11 ainda n\u00e3o se manifestou sobre a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o, que depende do cumprimento de condi\u00e7\u00f5es precedentes, mas a not\u00edcia j\u00e1 foi suficiente para que o FII fechasse em alta de 1,78%, a R$ 10,30. O JCCJ11, que n\u00e3o faz parte do IFIX, se manteve est\u00e1vel em R$ 156,50, sem registro de negocia\u00e7\u00f5es durante o dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"pluginHigherLowerTicker\">\n    <div O <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/xpml11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">XPML11<\/a> fechou em R$ 105,28, alta de 0,75%, enquanto o <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/btlg11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">BTLG11<\/a> recuou 0,62%, a R$ 103,26.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fundo imobili\u00e1rio CPSH11 sobe; IFIX emenda terceira alta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>IFIX<\/strong> registrou a terceira alta consecutiva, desta vez de 0,04%, ao fechar em 3.584,47 pontos. \u00c9 o quarto maior resultado da s\u00e9rie hist\u00f3rica, e a primeira vez desde o come\u00e7o de outubro que o \u00edndice sobe em tr\u00eas sess\u00f5es seguidas, num m\u00eas marcado por muita volatilidade no mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O \u00edndice de FIIs operou em alta durante praticamente toda a sess\u00e3o, \u00e0 exce\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00faltima hora, quando chegou a negociar em patamar negativo em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 v\u00e9spera. O economista-chefe da Suno Research, Gustavo Sung, mant\u00e9m a proje\u00e7\u00e3o de nova queda de 0,25 ponto percentual, com a taxa b\u00e1sica ficando no intervalo entre 3,75% e 4% ao ano, mesmo com os dados de infla\u00e7\u00e3o acumulados em 3% ao ano, acima da meta de 2%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cO desvio em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 meta \u00e9 grande, mas os \u00faltimos dados mostram que o impacto das tarifas de importa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o foi t\u00e3o grande como se imaginava e o <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/mercado-de-trabalho\/\" rel=\"noopener\">mercado de trabalho<\/a> est\u00e1 bem fraco. Isso tudo abre espa\u00e7o para que o Fed reduza novamente os juros\u201d, explica.
