Quatro deles tem yield acima de 12% ao ano, enquanto os outros 12% atingem de forma muito pr\u00f3xima esse patamar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O dividend yield apresentado por cada FII \u00e9 considerando a sua cota\u00e7\u00e3o atual e os dividendos distribu\u00eddos nos \u00faltimos 12 meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SNFF11 &#8211; 12,09%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>JSAF11 &#8211; 14,12%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>XPSF11 &#8211; 12,44%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>RBFF11 &#8211; 12,14%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BCIA11 &#8211; 11,99%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ITRI11 &#8211; 11,89%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>SNFF11<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>fundo imobili\u00e1rio SNFF11 <\/strong>entrega DY de 12,09%, com cota cotada a R$ 71,47 e dividendos de R$ 8,64 no per\u00edodo de 12 meses. O fundo tem 27.589 cotistas e <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/valor-de-mercado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">valor de mercado<\/a> de R$ 287 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O portf\u00f3lio do SNFF11 \u00e9 bastante diversificado, com forte peso em industrial e log\u00edstico (28,81%), <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/fundos-de-papel-valem-a-pena\/\" rel=\"noopener\">fundos de papel<\/a> (20,97%) e h\u00edbridos (11,27%). Tamb\u00e9m aparecem desenvolvimento (8,88%), <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/lajes-corporativas\/\" rel=\"noopener\">lajes corporativas<\/a> (6,95%) e shoppings (4,25%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>XPSF11<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O<strong> fundo imobili\u00e1rio XPSF11<\/strong> registrou um DY de 12,44%, com cota\u00e7\u00e3o de R$ 6,24 e dividendos acumulados de R$ 0,776 nos \u00faltimos 12 meses. O fundo soma 58.889 cotistas e valor de mercado de R$ 270 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A carteira do <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/xpsf11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">XPSF11<\/a> tem forte predomin\u00e2ncia em cotas de outros FIIs (93%), enquanto CRIs representam 4% e caixa 3%. O portf\u00f3lio mistura ativos prim\u00e1rios (63%) e secund\u00e1rios (37%), com maior exposi\u00e7\u00e3o a CRIs (39%), log\u00edstica (20%) e escrit\u00f3rios (15%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>RBFF11<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Com DY de 12,14%, o <strong>fundo imobili\u00e1rio RBFF11<\/strong> distribuiu R$ 6,13 por cota em 12 meses, negociando hoje a R$ 50,51. O fundo tem 26.540 cotistas e valor de mercado de R$ 189 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A carteira do <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/rbff11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">RBFF11<\/a> \u00e9 majoritariamente formada por cotas de FIIs (95,1%), enquanto a renda fixa responde por 4,9%. Entre os setores, destacam-se CRIs (26,2%), log\u00edstica e industrial (22,4%), varejo (13,9%) e escrit\u00f3rios (13,2%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>JSAF11<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O grande destaque da lista de FOFs \u00e9 o JSAF11, que apresenta DY de 14,12%, o mais alto entre os fundos analisados. A cota \u00e9 negociada a R$ 7,69, e os dividendos pagos no \u00faltimo ano somaram R$ 1,086. O fundo re\u00fane 21.999 cotistas e tem valor de mercado de R$ 596 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em sua carteira, 87% est\u00e1 alocado em cotas de FIIs, enquanto CRIs representam 7%, a\u00e7\u00f5es listadas 3% e ativos de liquidez 3%. Os maiores pesos da carteira do JSAF11 ficam em <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/fpab11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">FPAB11<\/a> (10,42%), <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/rvbi11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">RVBI11<\/a> (6,30%) e <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/rcrb11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">RCRB11<\/a> (5,95%), entre outros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BCIA11 <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/bcia11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">BCIA11<\/a> est\u00e1 muito pr\u00f3ximo do patamar de 12%, com DY de 11,99%, cota\u00e7\u00e3o de R$ 85,27 e dividendos de R$ 10,22 no \u00faltimo ano. Conta com 21.523 cotistas, valor de mercado de R$ 317 milh\u00f5es e patrim\u00f4nio l\u00edquido de R$ 365 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A carteira \u00e9 fortemente concentrada em CRIs (46,5%), seguida por lajes corporativas (22,4%) e shopping centers (13,6%). H\u00e1 ainda galp\u00f5es log\u00edsticos (9,3%) e uma fatia em FoFs (3%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ITRI11<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro que quase alcan\u00e7a o patamar de 12% \u00e9 o ITRI11, com DY de 11,89%. Sua cota est\u00e1 em R$ 80,72, e os dividendos somaram R$ 9,60 em 12 meses. O fundo tem 13.960 cotistas, valor de mercado de R$ 504 milh\u00f5es e patrim\u00f4nio l\u00edquido de R$ 576 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do total, 77,3% do portf\u00f3lio est\u00e1 alocado em FIIs, 14,3% em CRIs, 4,7% em a\u00e7\u00f5es e 2,4% em <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/fundos-de-desenvolvimento\/\" rel=\"noopener\">fundos de desenvolvimento<\/a>.
