O <strong>Fiagro XPCA11<\/strong> vendeu R$ 288 mil em CRAs da emiss\u00e3o Itaueira e, ao mesmo tempo, direcionou recursos para novas aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es, sendo R$ 7 milh\u00f5es no CRA Cereal Ouro, R$ 3 milh\u00f5es em cotas seniores do FIDC Ecoagro Insumos e R$ 1 milh\u00e3o em cotas seniores do FIDC Agroforte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O investimento no CRA Cereal Ouro, remunerado a CDI + 4,15% ao ano, envolve um grupo com 57 anos de atua\u00e7\u00e3o em Rio Verde, no estado de Goi\u00e1s, que mant\u00e9m mais de 37 mil hectares de lavouras de gr\u00e3os e sementes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Detalhes sobre outras movimenta\u00e7\u00f5es da carteira do XPCA11<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 no caso do FIDC Ecoagro Insumos, a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o foi de R$ 3 milh\u00f5es em cotas seniores remuneradas a CDI + 4,25% ao ano. O <strong>fundo XPCA11<\/strong>, administrado pela gestora Ecoagro, \u00e9 voltado \u00e0 aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de direitos credit\u00f3rios pulverizados ligados ao agroneg\u00f3cio e conta com 50% de subordina\u00e7\u00e3o, oferecendo maior n\u00edvel de prote\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O terceiro movimento foi a aloca\u00e7\u00e3o de R$ 1 milh\u00e3o em cotas seniores do FIDC Agroforte, remuneradas a CDI + 4,00% ao ano, estrutura voltada para pequenos e m\u00e9dios produtores de prote\u00edna animal que atuam em parceria com grandes empresas do setor.
