Foto: iStock<\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/minicurso-investindo-fiis\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/03\/400x300-Minicurso-FIIS.png\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1420x240-Minicurso-FIIS.png\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"383125\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twidth='1420' height='240'\t\t\t\t\talt=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1420x240-Minicurso-FIIS.png\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Grande parte do resultado do <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/xpci11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">XPCI11<\/a> veio do book de CRI, que contribuiu com R$ 8,42 milh\u00f5es em rendimentos, enquanto o book de FII adicionou cerca de R$ 360 mil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>fundo XPCI11 <\/strong>mant\u00e9m uma reserva acumulada de corre\u00e7\u00e3o monet\u00e1ria de R$ 6,27 milh\u00f5es, equivalente a R$ 0,72 por cota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os cotistas receberam em agosto uma distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de rendimentos de R$ 8,266 milh\u00f5es, correspondente a R$ 0,95 por cota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o m\u00eas, no book de CRI foi realizada uma venda parcial do papel CRI MRV Flex, enquanto no book de FII n\u00e3o houve movimenta\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A gest\u00e3o do fundo afirma seguir priorizando <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/titulos-de-credito\/\" rel=\"noopener\">t\u00edtulos de cr\u00e9dito<\/a> de qualidade, estruturados internamente, o que pode trazer pr\u00eamios impl\u00edcitos nas taxas e possibilita ganhos de capital em opera\u00e7\u00f5es no <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/mercado-secundario\/\" rel=\"noopener\">mercado secund\u00e1rio<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A estrat\u00e9gia do<strong> fundo imobili\u00e1rio XPCI11 <\/strong>busca retornos consistentes, sustentados pela arbitragem de curvas de juros e spreads de cr\u00e9dito, e n\u00e3o apenas resultados pontuais, conforme apontado em relat\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Atua\u00e7\u00e3o do XPCI11 no segmento de FIIs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No segmento de FIIs, a equipe mant\u00e9m foco em <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/fundos-de-papel-valem-a-pena\/\" rel=\"noopener\">fundos de papel<\/a> que apresentam maior solidez, com predomin\u00e2ncia de ativos <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/high-grade\/\" rel=\"noopener\">high grade<\/a> e middle risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essa escolha possibilita acessar carteiras diversificadas de CRIs no mercado secund\u00e1rio, aproveitando pre\u00e7os descontados. Ao fim do m\u00eas de agosto, a carteira de FIIs do XPCI11 somava R$ 31,46 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O trabalho da gest\u00e3o do <strong>FII XPCI11 <\/strong>no mercado secund\u00e1rio se manteve ativo em opera\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas a identificar oportunidades de compra e venda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m da venda parcial do CRI MRV Flex, houve monitoramento cont\u00ednuo das empresas presentes no portf\u00f3lio e de suas \u00e1reas financeiras, com o objetivo de antecipar eventuais riscos e responder de forma preventiva a cen\u00e1rios de deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No mercado de bolsa, as cotas do fundo <strong>XPCI11 <\/strong>registraram 79.154 negocia\u00e7\u00f5es, com volume movimentado de R$ 36,56 milh\u00f5es.
