O levantamento apontou que um n\u00famero maior de empres\u00e1rios pretende investir em 2019, todavia a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de novos postos de trabalho tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 consider\u00e1vel.<\/p>\t<div class=\"wrapper-featured-image\">\n\t\t<figure class=\"spotlightImg\">\n\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 768px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2018\/11\/6ceafb16-pesquisa-deloitte-400x200.webp\">\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa lazyloadDisabled newsContent__article__imgCapa--noCaption\" src=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2018\/11\/6ceafb16-pesquisa-deloitte-800x450.webp\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" alt=\"Pesquisa Deloitte: 97% dos empres\u00e1rios pretendem investir mais em 2019\" fetchpriority=high \/>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\n\t\t\t<figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text wp-caption-text--hide\"><\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Segundo a\u00a0<strong>pesquisa Deloitte<\/strong> 97% dos empres\u00e1rios entrevistados pretendem investir mais no pr\u00f3ximo ano, contudo a parcela dos que pretendem criar novos postos de trabalho \u00e9 de 47%.<\/p>\n<p>O principal alvo dos empreendedores que buscam investir \u00e9 na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de lan\u00e7ar novos produtos ou adotar novas tecnologias, 60% e 59% respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>Enquanto 49% e 38% destes empres\u00e1rios pretendem manter ou criar novos treinamentos, melhorando assim a capacidade de seu corpo de funcion\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 na quest\u00e3o &#8220;novos postos de trabalho&#8221;, o levantamento tamb\u00e9m indicou que 32% pretende manter a quantidade de funcion\u00e1rios que possuem, por\u00e9m, fazendo altera\u00e7\u00f5es, j\u00e1 14% tem objetivo de deixar o quadro de funcion\u00e1rios igual, enquanto 7% pretendem reduzir postos.<\/p>\n<p>O levantamento indica que ainda que os empres\u00e1rios estejam mais voltados a aumentar os investimentos, a alta na taxa de cria\u00e7\u00e3o de empregos depende de a\u00e7\u00f5es tomadas pelo novo governo.<\/p>\n<p>As reformas: tribut\u00e1ria, previd\u00eancia e pol\u00edtica, comp\u00f5em o p\u00f3dio de prioridades citadas pelo meio.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0<strong>pesquisa Deloitte\u00a0<\/strong>ouviu 826 empresas que tiveram um faturamento que corresponde a 43% do PIB nacional em 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Foi divulgado nesta segunda-feira, 12 de novembro, a Pesquisa Deloitte.
