Com base na cota\u00e7\u00e3o de fechamento de agosto, de R$ 7,70 por cota, o dividend yield mensal foi de 1,169%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos \u00faltimos 12 meses, o fundo distribuiu um total de R$ 1,08 por cota, e a m\u00e9dia mensal dos \u00faltimos dois anos \u00e9 de R$ 0,093 por cota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os proventos anunciados agora pelo <strong>FII VGHF11<\/strong> t\u00eam como base o resultado do m\u00eas de agosto, que ainda n\u00e3o foi divulgado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao desempenho mais recente, o <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/vghf11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">VGHF11<\/a> encerrou julho com um lucro de R$ 14,117 milh\u00f5es, resultado inferior ao obtido em junho, que havia sido de R$ 16,979 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A receita do per\u00edodo somou R$ 15,842 milh\u00f5es, frente a despesas totais do VGHF11 de R$ 1,724 milh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Veja como est\u00e1 composta a carteira do VGHF11<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No fechamento do m\u00eas, o <strong>fundo imobili\u00e1rio VGHF11<\/strong> contava com 104,9% do seu patrim\u00f4nio l\u00edquido investido nos chamados ativos-alvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essa exposi\u00e7\u00e3o foi distribu\u00edda em 148 ativos diferentes, que somaram R$ 1,468 bilh\u00e3o.
