Quando se aumenta o horizonte para os \u00faltimos dois anos, a m\u00e9dia mensal de rendimentos pagos chega a R$ 0,0943 por cota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Quais s\u00e3o os investimentos do BTCI11?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O portf\u00f3lio do<strong> fundo BTCI11 <\/strong>apresenta uma forte concentra\u00e7\u00e3o em ativos indexados ao IPCA, que representam 77% de suas aloca\u00e7\u00f5es. J\u00e1 os ativos atrelados ao CDI somam 20%, enquanto apenas 3% est\u00e3o vinculados a outros indexadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O spread m\u00e9dio (MTM) anual do fundo \u00e9 de IPCA+10,14%. Considerando os outros indicadores, os spreads s\u00e3o de IGP-M+14,58% e CDI+3,25%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre a aloca\u00e7\u00e3o de seus ativos, o<strong> FII BTCI11 <\/strong>destina a maior parte de seus recursos (79%) a <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/certificados-recebiveis-imobiliarios\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Certificados de Receb\u00edveis Imobili\u00e1rios<\/a> (CRI), enquanto 21% est\u00e3o investidos em cotas de outros fundos imobili\u00e1rios (FIIs).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em termos de duration, o portf\u00f3lio do <strong>BTCI11<\/strong> apresenta uma predomin\u00e2ncia de ativos com vencimento superior a cinco anos, que somam 58%.
