Todos eles, por\u00e9m, seguem bem abaixo de seu <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/valor-patrimonial\/\" rel=\"noopener\">valor patrimonial<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O RBRP11 registrou o principal beneficiado, com alta de 2,27%, a R$ 51,01.&nbsp; Esse valor, contudo, tem cerca de 33% de desconto para o valor patrimonial por cota do FII, de R$ 76,02. RCRB11 e KORE11 seguem muito abaixo de seus valores patrimoniais, com P\/VP de 0,63x e 0,69x, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"pluginHigherLowerTicker\">\n    <div class=\"info\">\n Depois de fechar cinco meses seguidos em alta, o \u00edndice precisaria subir mais de 50 pontos nos \u00faltimos tr\u00eas preg\u00f5es do m\u00eas para reverter a tend\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fundos imobili\u00e1rios s\u00e3o impactados indiretamente por tarifa, diz especialista<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para o economista-chefe da Suno Research, Gustavo Sung, o <strong>mercado de FIIs<\/strong> tem sido impactado indiretamente pela proximidade da entrada em vigor da tarifa de importa\u00e7\u00e3o dos EUA aos produtos brasileiros, que come\u00e7a a ser adotada a partir desta sexta-feira (1). Segundo ele, a incerteza dos <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/agentes-do-mercado\/\" rel=\"noopener\">agentes do mercado<\/a> quanto aos impactos sobre a economia brasileira tem levado a uma revers\u00e3o do fluxo de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/capital-estrangeiro\/\" rel=\"noopener\">capital estrangeiro<\/a> da B3, com forte sa\u00edda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cH\u00e1 um cen\u00e1rio de ru\u00eddo que leva ao aumento da percep\u00e7\u00e3o de risco, o que faz com que os investidores externos tirem o dinheiro do pa\u00eds. Isso est\u00e1 impactando todo o mercado de renda vari\u00e1vel, inclusive os FIIs\u201d, afirma o especialista. Segundo ele, isso pode se refletir em oportunidades para os investidores, que podem encontrar ativos a bom pre\u00e7o de entrada. \u201cMas isso deve ser feito com cuidado e analisando os fundamentos dos FIIs como um todo, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 o pre\u00e7o\u201d, alerta o analista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/carteira-teorica\/\" rel=\"noopener\">carteira te\u00f3rica<\/a> do IFIX \u00e9 renovada a cada quatro meses pela B3.
