Em 2024, registrou <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/receita-total\/\" rel=\"noopener\">receita total<\/a> de R$ 1,145 bilh\u00e3o, com alta de 0,6% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual. A receita recorrente chegou a R$ 1,048 bilh\u00e3o, avan\u00e7o de 3,3%. J\u00e1 o <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ebitda-ajustado\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Ebitda ajustado<\/a> foi de R$ 239 milh\u00f5es, crescimento de 12% no mesmo per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fundada em 1985, a Linx oferece sistemas para gest\u00e3o de lojas, <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/meios-de-pagamento\/\" rel=\"noopener\">meios de pagamento<\/a> e e-commerce. A empresa tem presen\u00e7a nacional e uma base s\u00f3lida de clientes no setor varejista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A conclus\u00e3o da opera\u00e7\u00e3o de compra da Linx pela <strong>Totvs<\/strong> depende da aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econ\u00f4mica (Cade) e da assembleia geral de acionistas.
