Foto: Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEnquanto os detalhes do acordo s\u00e3o confidenciais, ele \u00e9 composto por compensa\u00e7\u00e3o em dinheiro e o cancelamento de 34 pedidos, reduzindo os pedidos firmes remanescentes da companhia para aeronaves 737 Max de 129 para 95 e elevando a flexibilidade para atender as necessidades futuras de frota da Gol\u201d, informou o documento da companhia.<\/p>\n<p>A demanda da Gol despencou em mar\u00e7o por conta de novas medidas de restri\u00e7\u00f5es do governo em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a viagens nacionais, internacionais e \u00e0 circula\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas. O modelo 737 Max tamb\u00e9m come\u00e7ou a n\u00e3o ser entregue a Gol devido a duas quedas de aeronaves, o que &#8220;impactou o crescimento e o plano de renova\u00e7\u00e3o da frota&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h2>Suspens\u00e3o de guidance da Gol para 2020 e 2021<\/h2>\n<p>A Gol anunciou, no dia 7 de abril, que o seu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/guidance\/\">guidance<\/a> para este ano e para 2021 foi suspenso devido as incertezas causadas pelo impacto do coronav\u00edrus (Covid-19) em seus neg\u00f3cios. Al\u00e9m das proje\u00e7\u00f5es, a a\u00e9rea informou que iria cortar o sal\u00e1rio de membros da diretoria em 40%.<\/p>\n<p>A companhia destacou em seu comunicado que dever\u00e1 manter a maior parte de sua frota em terra durante este m\u00eas e maio.
