A segunda \u00e9 que a desacelera\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica pode ser um catalisador para a queda dos juros reais, beneficiando pap\u00e9is mais longos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por fim, a terceira \u00e9 que a incerteza fiscal e pol\u00edtica ainda recomenda manter parte da carteira em t\u00edtulos p\u00f3s-fixados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Melhores op\u00e7\u00f5es de renda fixa para investir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre os <strong>melhores investimentos de renda fixa<\/strong> para julho, o Ita\u00fa BBA destaca o <strong>Tesouro Selic 2028<\/strong>, que paga Selic + 0,0522% ao ano. \u201cA perspectiva de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da taxa Selic em 15,0% a.a. ao longo deste segundo semestre refor\u00e7a a rentabilidade dos t\u00edtulos p\u00f3s-fixados\u201d, afirma o relat\u00f3rio. Segundo a casa, esse t\u00edtulo \u00e9 recomendado para quem busca exposi\u00e7\u00e3o ao processo de desinfla\u00e7\u00e3o com prote\u00e7\u00e3o contra surpresas inflacion\u00e1rias. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Ita\u00fa BBA afirma que \u201co retorno de t\u00edtulos p\u00f3s-fixados deve convergir para o n\u00edvel de equil\u00edbrio ao redor de 5,0% a.a. acima da infla\u00e7\u00e3o, abaixo portanto dos n\u00edveis oferecidos nos t\u00edtulos indexados \u00e0 infla\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A combina\u00e7\u00e3o de juros elevados, proje\u00e7\u00f5es de infla\u00e7\u00e3o em queda no longo prazo e incertezas fiscais mant\u00e9m o cen\u00e1rio favor\u00e1vel para investir em <strong>renda fixa<\/strong> com estrat\u00e9gias diversificadas.
