Ao longo dos \u00faltimos 12 meses, os dividendos acumulados somam R$ 1,92 por cota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Dividendos do HGBS11<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valor por cota: R$ 0,16<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data de corte: 30 de junho de 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data de pagamento: 14 de julho de 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dividend Yield (DY): 0,804%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Indicadores de desempenho em abril<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m da consist\u00eancia nos rendimentos, o <strong>FII HGBS11 <\/strong>tamb\u00e9m apresentou dados operacionais favor\u00e1veis no m\u00eas de abril. O destaque foi o avan\u00e7o nas vendas por metro quadrado, que atingiram R$ 1.297\/m\u00b2, um crescimento de 20,7% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a abril de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro ponto positivo foi a redu\u00e7\u00e3o na vac\u00e2ncia f\u00edsica, que passou de 4,8% para 4,7% da ABL entre mar\u00e7o e abril deste ano. A compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual \u00e9 ainda mais relevante, j\u00e1 que em abril de 2024, o \u00edndice era de 7,0%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por outro lado, o NOI (Receita Operacional L\u00edquida) por metro quadrado recuou 2,9% na base anual, totalizando R$ 73,3\/m\u00b2 em abril de 2025.
