Apenas os investidores que estiverem posicionados no fundo at\u00e9 o encerramento do preg\u00e3o do dia 13 de junho, data conhecida como \u201cdata com\u201d, ter\u00e3o direito aos proventos.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<div data-element=\"shortcode-read-more\" class=\"knowMore\">\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"knowMore__title\">Leia mais<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"knowMore__link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/fundo-imobiliario-tepp11-avanca-venda-milionaria-taxa-retorno\/\">\n\t\t\tTEPP11 avan\u00e7a em venda milion\u00e1ria com taxa de retorno estimada de 18,45%; veja o que mudou\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p>A gest\u00e3o do <strong>fundo SNAG11<\/strong> j\u00e1 havia sinalizado que o n\u00edvel atual de rendimentos seria mantido ao longo do primeiro semestre deste ano, o que tem se confirmado at\u00e9 o momento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em maio, por exemplo, o fundo tamb\u00e9m distribuiu os mesmos R$ 0,11 por cota, o que representou um retorno de 112% do CDI bruto, ou 132% considerando a al\u00edquota m\u00ednima de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/guias\/imposto-de-renda-guia\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Imposto de Renda<\/a> (15%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vale destacar que, como ocorre com os Fiagros, em geral, os dividendos pagos pelo SNAG11 s\u00e3o isentos de tributa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com base no valor de fechamento da cota ao final de maio, de R$ 9,70, a rentabilidade mensal (dividend yield) foi de 1,134%. No acumulado dos \u00faltimos 12 meses, o fundo somou R$ 1,26 por cota em dividendos pagos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Desempenho do SNAG11 em maio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o total da cota somada aos <strong>rendimentos do SNAG11<\/strong> pagos em maio proporcionou uma rentabilidade de 5,74% no per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A gest\u00e3o destacou na \u00e9poca que a carteira de cr\u00e9dito permanece 100% adimplente, sem registros de inadimpl\u00eancia ou eventos de cr\u00e9dito, e continua \u201csaud\u00e1vel\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OSNAG11 ainda negocia com desconto em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/valor-patrimonial\/\" rel=\"noopener\">valor patrimonial<\/a> dos ativos, encerrando abril com um pre\u00e7o sobre valor patrimonial (P\/VP) de 0,95.
