Esses receber\u00e3o o pagamento em 13 de junho. \u00c9 importante destacar que os cotistas a partir de 9 de junho n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o contemplados nesta distribui\u00e7\u00e3o dos <strong>dividendos do BTHF11.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O resultado do m\u00eas de junho \u00e9 igual ao <strong>rendimento do BTHF11<\/strong> do m\u00eas anterior. Ele atua como um hedge fund, ou FII multiestrat\u00e9gia, com liberdade para adquirir qualquer tipo de ativo imobili\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O fundo tem cerca de 320.755 cotistas e um valor de mercado de R$ 8,77 por cota, de acordo com o fechamento do preg\u00e3o desta sexta-feira (6). O patrim\u00f4nio l\u00edquido do fundo \u00e9 de R$ 2.086.817.257,77, ou seja, R$ 10,14 por cota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre a cota a mercado e a cota patrimonial (V\/VP), em 0,86x, indica que o <strong>BTHF11<\/strong> est\u00e1 descontado em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a seu valor patrimonial.
