O ex-CEO da empresa poderia deixar o comit\u00ea especial se encarregar do processo ou buscar uma a\u00e7\u00e3o legal separadamente, aponta o aponta informa\u00e7\u00f5es do site Business Insider.<\/p>\n<p>A desist\u00eancia da oferta p\u00fablica teria prejudicado investidores e at\u00e9 2 mil ex-funcion\u00e1rios e atuais. O financiamento da d\u00edvida somente estaria dispon\u00edvel na condi\u00e7\u00e3o do Soft bank concluir o plano de compra de a\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<h2>Justificativas alegadas pela WeWork<\/h2>\n<p>O comit\u00ea especial informou em nota que a n\u00e3o execu\u00e7\u00e3o da oferta \u00e9 uma viola\u00e7\u00e3o do Softbank \u00e0s obriga\u00e7\u00f5es contratuais e fiduci\u00e1rias com os acionistas minorit\u00e1rios da empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o grupo responsabilizou o conglomerado por continuar a colocar \u201cseus pr\u00f3prios interesses \u00e0 frente dos interesses dos acionistas minorit\u00e1rios da WeWork\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Os membros entraram com a a\u00e7\u00e3o no estado de Delaware por prerrogativa de quebra de contrato e quebra de dever fiduci\u00e1rio.
