Quem adquirir cotas ap\u00f3s esse dia n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 contemplado com o pagamento referente a maio.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<div data-element=\"shortcode-read-more\" class=\"knowMore\">\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"knowMore__title\">Leia mais<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"knowMore__link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/investidores-fii-snel11-vao-receber-dividendos-maio-2025\/\">\n\t\t\tInvestidores do SNEL11 v\u00e3o receber dividendos de 1,15% ao m\u00eas; veja valor\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p>Com base na cota\u00e7\u00e3o de R$ 89,53 registrada no encerramento de abril, o dividend yield mensal \u00e9 de 1,1169%. A m\u00e9dia de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>FII SNCI11<\/strong> nos \u00faltimos dois anos tem sido pr\u00f3xima de R$ 0,994 por cota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em abril de 2024, o valor distribu\u00eddo era de R$ 0,93 por cota. Desde ent\u00e3o, o fundo passou a repassar mensalmente R$ 1,00 por cota, totalizando R$ 11,95 por cota nos \u00faltimos 12 meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesmo ainda sem divulgar os resultados de abril, o<strong> fundo imobili\u00e1rio SNCI11<\/strong> apresentou em mar\u00e7o um resultado de R$ 4,22 milh\u00f5es.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O patamar atual de proventos est\u00e1 dentro da faixa estipulada no guidance para o segundo trimestre de 2025. Em relat\u00f3rio, a gest\u00e3o do fundo sinalizou a expectativa de dividendos entre R$ 1,00 e R$ 1,10 por cota nesse per\u00edodo, valor que vem sendo cumprido at\u00e9 o momento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Movimenta\u00e7\u00f5es recentes na carteira do SNCI11<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre as movimenta\u00e7\u00f5es da carteira, o SNCI11 alocou, em mar\u00e7o, recursos em diferentes ativos de cr\u00e9dito estruturado. Um dos destaques foi o aporte de R$ 5 milh\u00f5es no CRI MZM V &#8211; 5\u00aa s\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esse investimento tem retorno vinculado ao IPCA, acrescido de uma taxa anual de 12,95%. O empreendimento relacionado a esse CRI tem previs\u00e3o de entrega para 2025 e apresenta bom desempenho de vendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro papel que recebeu aten\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>SNCI11<\/strong> foi o CRI Arpoador.
