A Suno Asset, gestora respons\u00e1vel pelo FII, decidiu priorizar a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de ativos que j\u00e1 estejam em funcionamento, em vez de apostar em projetos ainda em desenvolvimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essa nova estrat\u00e9gia foi explicada por Guilherme Barbieri, gerente de infraestrutura da Suno Asset, durante uma live transmitida pelo canal da gestora no YouTube.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo ele, o cen\u00e1rio econ\u00f4mico atual exige mais cautela, o que torna mais atrativa a compra de empreendimentos operacionais, que al\u00e9m de apresentarem menor risco, oferecem retorno financeiro compar\u00e1vel, ou at\u00e9 superior, ao de projetos em fase inicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Barbieri ressaltou que ativos j\u00e1 em opera\u00e7\u00e3o geram caixa de forma imediata, proporcionando uma maior previsibilidade de receita. Isso, por sua vez, contribui para a consist\u00eancia dos rendimentos pagos aos cotistas do fundo, algo que a gest\u00e3o do <strong>FII SNEL11<\/strong> tem buscado preservar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os primeiros sinais dessa nova estrat\u00e9gia apareceram logo ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o da terceira emiss\u00e3o de cotas do fundo, finalizada em mar\u00e7o, que arrecadou R$ 166 milh\u00f5es.
