Foto: Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>O resultado superou a proje\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia de lucro de US$ 4,96 bilh\u00f5es de uma pesquisa de analistas conduzida pela Vara Research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Shell tamb\u00e9m anunciou o lan\u00e7amento de um novo programa de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/recompra-de-acoes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recompra de a\u00e7\u00f5es<\/a>, no valor de US$ 3,5 bilh\u00f5es<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Petr\u00f3leo em destaque<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O petr\u00f3leo fechou o ano de 2024 como o principal produto da pauta de exporta\u00e7\u00f5es brasileiras, tomando o lugar da soja. As vendas de \u00f3leo bruto de petr\u00f3leo ou de minerais alcan\u00e7aram US$ 44,8 bilh\u00f5es, segundo dados divulgados na semana passada pela Secretaria de Com\u00e9rcio Exterior do Minist\u00e9rio do Desenvolvimento, Ind\u00fastria, Com\u00e9rcio e Servi\u00e7os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O ano de 2024 terminou com o petr\u00f3leo bruto representando 13,3% das exporta\u00e7\u00f5es do Brasil, tomando a lideran\u00e7a da soja que, de 2023 para 2024, viu a participa\u00e7\u00e3o cair de 15,7% para 12,7%. Em 2024, a soja rendeu aos exportadores US$ 42,9 bilh\u00f5es, ante US$ 53,2 bilh\u00f5es de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O \u00f3leo do pr\u00e9-sal \u00e9 o motor que permitiu o petr\u00f3leo alcan\u00e7ar o topo da pauta exportadora. De acordo com a Ag\u00eancia Nacional do Petr\u00f3leo, G\u00e1s Natural e Biocombust\u00edveis (ANP), de janeiro a novembro \u2013 \u00faltimo dado dispon\u00edvel, o pa\u00eds produziu 36,9 milh\u00f5es de barris de petr\u00f3leo por dia (Mbbl\/d), sendo 71,5% origin\u00e1rios do pr\u00e9-sal. Observando apenas dados do segundo semestre, esse percentual salta para 80,3%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Petrobras<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/analitica\/acoes\/PETR4\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Petrobras (PETR4)<\/a> anunciou a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/guias\/dividendos\/\" rel=\"noopener\">dividendos<\/a> adicionais de R$ 9.145.138.735,08, com pagamento em duas parcelas, em maio e junho. A decis\u00e3o foi aprovada pelos acionistas em <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/assembleia-geral-ordinaria\/\" rel=\"noopener\">assembleia geral ordin\u00e1ria<\/a> (AGO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com essa distribui\u00e7\u00e3o, os dividendos referentes ao ano de 2024 v\u00e3o somar R$ 73.905.736.229,85, representando R$ 5,73413520 por a\u00e7\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria e preferencial em circula\u00e7\u00e3o. Esse valor inclui as antecipa\u00e7\u00f5es aprovadas ao longo de 2024 e pagas at\u00e9 mar\u00e7o de 2025, no valor de R$ 64.760.597.494,77.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os dividendos adicionais equivalem a R$ 0,70954522 por a\u00e7\u00e3o, e o valor total bruto a ser distribu\u00eddo aos acionistas ser\u00e1 de R$ 0,73539415 por a\u00e7\u00e3o. Os dividendos ser\u00e3o pagos nos dias 20 de maio e 20 de junho, cada uma delas no valor de R$ 0,36769707 por a\u00e7\u00e3o.
