Em 2024, enfrentou uma greve de seus funcion\u00e1rios. As dificuldades financeiras fizeram a companhia congelar contrata\u00e7\u00f5es, reduzir viagens e at\u00e9 mesmo a considerar demiss\u00f5es tempor\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As maiores complica\u00e7\u00f5es, entretanto, se deram ap\u00f3s surgirem acusa\u00e7\u00f5es de neglig\u00eancia com a seguran\u00e7a de suas aeronaves.
