As mudan\u00e7as anunciadas interrompem uma trajet\u00f3ria de expans\u00e3o corporativa que inclu\u00eda amplia\u00e7\u00e3o de neg\u00f3cios no mercado exterior, fato que culminou com a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da Avon em 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde 2022, no entanto, a Natura vem se reestruturando com o objetivo de reduzir os custos corporativos. A principal mudan\u00e7a anunciada \u00e9 a incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o da Natura &amp;Co pela Natura Cosm\u00e9ticos, que voltar\u00e1 a ser uma holding operacional, com a\u00e7\u00f5es listadas e negociadas no <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/novo-mercado\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Novo Mercado<\/a> da B3. O atual CEO da <strong>Natura &amp;Co<\/strong>, F\u00e1bio Barbosa, assumir\u00e1 a presid\u00eancia do Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o da Natura Cosm\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jo\u00e3o Paulo Ferreira, por sua vez, permanecer\u00e1 como CEO da Natura Cosm\u00e9ticos. e ocupar\u00e1 assento no novo Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o. Silvia Vilas Boas permanecer\u00e1 como CFO da companhia e, em 25 de abril, assumir\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m como Diretora de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/relacoes-com-investidores\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Rela\u00e7\u00f5es com Investidores<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o, a lideran\u00e7a do grupo ficar\u00e1 a cargo do Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o da Natura Cosm\u00e9ticos S.A., que permanecer\u00e1 com a presen\u00e7a dos fundadores Luiz Seabra, Guilherme Leal e Pedro Passos, al\u00e9m de F\u00e1bio Barbosa, Bruno Rocha, Duda Kertesz e Gilberto Mifano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m de Jo\u00e3o Paulo Ferreira, tamb\u00e9m integrar\u00e1 o grupo Alessandro Carlucci, que j\u00e1 havia atuado como CEO da Natura Cosm\u00e9ticos.
