No quarto trimestre do ano passado, a receita da construtora foi de R$ 449,89 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ebitda\/\"><strong>Ebitda<\/strong> (lucro antes de juros, impostos, deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/a> foi para R$ 22,18 milh\u00f5es no acumulado anual. Em 2018, o resultado tinha sido negativo em R$ 653,49 milh\u00f5es. No intervalo entre outubro e dezembro, no entanto, foi reportada um resultado negativo em R$ 22,56 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>margem Ebitda<\/strong> no quatro trimestre foi negativo em 5%, sendo que um trimestre antes foi positivo em 7,3%. No acumulado anual, o indicador foi de 1,7%. A margem l\u00edquida, em 2019, foi de 8,1% e no quarto trimestre foi negativo em 6%.<\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/roe-utilidade\/\">Retorno sobre o Patrim\u00f4nio L\u00edquido (<strong>ROE<\/strong>)<\/a> dos \u00faltimos 12 meses \u00e9 negativo em 9,7%. A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/divida-liquida-patrimonio-liquido\/\">d\u00edvida l\u00edquida sobre Patrim\u00f4nio L\u00edquido<\/a> consolidado \u00e9 de 54,9%, enquanto um ano antes era de 139,1%.<\/p>\n<p>A Helbor registrou <strong>Valor Geral de Vendas (VGV)<\/strong> total de R$ 539,5 milh\u00f5es no intervalo entre outubro e dezembro do ano passado, com uma alta de 242% sobre os R$ 157,4 milh\u00f5es do mesmo per\u00edodo de 2018.<\/p>\n<p>A companhia apresentou vendas contratadas totais de R$ 689,9 milh\u00f5es no \u00faltimo trimestre do ano passado, equivalente a uma alta de 133% sobre os R$ 295,3 milh\u00f5es de um ano antes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/nossas-assinaturas\/suno-premium\/\">Bolsa em queda livre!?
