Por isso, os investidores do fundo na sexta-feira (14) n\u00e3o ter\u00e3o acesso a esses rendimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O investidor que estiver dentro desses pr\u00e9-requisitos ter\u00e1 o dinheiro em sua conta em 20 de mar\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A distribui\u00e7\u00e3o anunciada hoje \u00e9 referente ao m\u00eas de mar\u00e7o e representa um avan\u00e7o de 6,7% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos <strong>rendimentos do IRDM11<\/strong> anteriores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o m\u00eas de fevereiro, o total de rendimentos do <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/irdm11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">IRDM11<\/a> foi de R$ 0,7500.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/guias\/dividendos\/\" rel=\"noopener\">dividendos<\/a> do fundo resultaram em um <strong>dividend yield <\/strong>de 1,21%, maior que o anterior, que era de 1,20%, j\u00e1 considerando o valor da cota negociada.
