O investimento ser\u00e1 realizado pela subsidi\u00e1ria <strong>Eletronuclear<\/strong>, caso o plano de neg\u00f3cios da empresa seja aprovado.<\/p>\n<p>Considerando as \u00e1reas de atua\u00e7\u00e3o, a companhia ir\u00e1 investir, principalmente, em gera\u00e7\u00e3o de energia (R$ 21,2 bilh\u00f5es). A companhia objetiva a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de despesas operacionais e a melhoria da elabora\u00e7\u00e3o, gest\u00e3o e controle do or\u00e7amento. A economia estimada \u00e9 de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R$ 282 milh\u00f5es em 2020<\/li>\n<li>R$ 181 milh\u00f5es em 2021<\/li>\n<li>R$ 31 milh\u00f5es em 2022<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Al\u00e9m de ser o ano de menor corte de despesas, 2022 ser\u00e1 o que mais concentrar\u00e1 os investimentos. De acordo com a Eletrobras, o resultado da rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/divida-liquida\/\">d\u00edvida l\u00edquida<\/a><\/strong> e o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ebitda\/\"><strong>Ebitda<\/strong> (lucro antes de juros, impostos, deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/a> em 2020 deve ficar em 2,5x ou menos.<\/p>\n<p>A Eletrobras informou que uma de suas iniciativas para esse per\u00edodo \u00e9 a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o da estrutura de sua d\u00edvida. &#8220;Recuperar a capacidade financeira para pagamentos de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/dividendos\/\">dividendos<\/a> retidos em reserva especial pelas empresas do Sistema Eletrobras&#8221;, informa a nota.<\/p>\n<p>A companhia, no entanto, ressalta que as proje\u00e7\u00f5es foram conclu\u00eddas antes do surto do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=0snRYzfHan0\">novo <strong>coronav\u00edrus<\/strong> (Covid-19)<\/a> no Brasil. Dessa forma, as estimativas n\u00e3o contemplam os poss\u00edveis impactos nos neg\u00f3cios da empresa.<\/p>\n<p>As a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias da <strong>Eletrobras<\/strong> sofreram uma desvaloriza\u00e7\u00e3o de pouco mais de 30% nos \u00faltimos 12 meses.
