O resultado l\u00edquido foi de R$ 353.533,68, ou R$ 0,057 por cota, contribuindo para o incremento na <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/reserva-de-lucros\/\" rel=\"noopener\">reserva de lucros<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na opera\u00e7\u00e3o agr\u00edcola, a <strong>Fazenda Coliseu<\/strong> concluiu o plantio dos 430 hectares dentro da janela recomendada, superando atrasos iniciais devido \u00e0 escassez de chuvas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O modelo de arrendamento do fundo est\u00e1 atrelado ao pre\u00e7o da soja e \u00e0 produtividade da fazenda, assegurando um m\u00ednimo de 60 sacas por hectare e 25% do volume que exceder essa meta, potencializando os resultados em caso de alta produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos \u00faltimos dois meses, o <strong>CRA Jequitib\u00e1<\/strong> foi marcado a mercado, o que resultou em uma desvaloriza\u00e7\u00e3o na cota patrimonial. Foi exatamente nessa regi\u00e3o que o fundo fez seus primeiros aportes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O SNFZ11 adquiriu a Fazenda Coliseu, localizada em Ga\u00facha do Norte (MT), uma propriedade agr\u00edcola com mais de 800 hectares. Desses, 448,96 hectares s\u00e3o destinados a culturas anuais, sendo que 67,63% j\u00e1 est\u00e3o em uso para lavouras, enquanto o restante \u00e9 preservado com vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o nativa. A fazenda est\u00e1 arrendada \u00e0 Jequitib\u00e1 Agro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o&nbsp;<strong>SNFZ11<\/strong>&nbsp;adquiriu Certificados de Receb\u00edveis Agr\u00edcolas (CRAs) com prazo de 15 anos e remunera\u00e7\u00e3o de CDI + 4% ao ano, com pagamentos mensais.
