Tal como rentabilidade passada n\u00e3o \u00e9 garantia de rentabilidade futura, isso n\u00e3o significa que os proventos se manter\u00e3o em patamar igual ou superior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MXRF11 levantou R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o com oferta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainda no in\u00edcio de agosto o <strong>Maxi Renda<\/strong> encerrou sua 10\u00aa oferta de cotas, levantando o montante m\u00e1ximo em recursos previsto com o lote adicional, representando um total de R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essa foi a maior oferta feita pelo fundo em seus 12 anos de hist\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/valor-patrimonial\/\" rel=\"noopener\">valor patrimonial<\/a> do fundo imobili\u00e1rio, com isso, aumentou para R$ 4,3 bilh\u00f5es, crescimento de cerca de 65% em seis meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atualmente o fundo tem 1,1 milh\u00e3o de investidores, sendo o FII com o maior volume de cotistas da bolsa brasileira.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cota\u00e7\u00e3o do FII<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Atualmente a cota\u00e7\u00e3o do fundo \u00e9 de R$ 10,02, com uma queda de 0,8% no acumulado dos \u00faltimos 30 dias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde o fim de janeiro, as cotas v\u00eam sofrendo desvaloriza\u00e7\u00e3o, com uma retra\u00e7\u00e3o de 4,6% no acumulado do ano de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em uma janela maior, de 12 meses &#8211; como no gr\u00e1fico abaixo &#8211; o <strong>MXRF11<\/strong> apresenta uma desvaloriza\u00e7\u00e3o de 6,3% em suas cotas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"pluginQuotation\">\n  <p
