De acordo com dados da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira das Entidades dos Mercados Financeiro e de Capitais (Anbima), as ofertas somaram, no m\u00eas passado, somando R$ 465,1 milh\u00f5es. No acumulado de 2024, houve 32 ofertas, que atingiram R$ 1,8 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os dados sugerem que o temor sobre esse tipo de fundo trazido pela inadimpl\u00eancia de alguns Certificados de Receb\u00edveis Agr\u00edcolas (<strong>CRA<\/strong>), no in\u00edcio do ano, j\u00e1 ficou no passado. Os n\u00fameros sinalizam tamb\u00e9m otimismo e uma tend\u00eancia de continuidade no crescimento das ofertas e do <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/patrimonio-liquido\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">patrim\u00f4nio l\u00edquido<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre os tipos de fundos agr\u00edcolas, o destaque de julho ficou com as emiss\u00f5es de <strong>Fiagros-FIDC<\/strong> (Fundos de Investimento em Direitos Credit\u00f3rios), com montante de R$ 403,1 milh\u00f5es, seguido pelos <strong>Fiagros-FII<\/strong> (Fundos Imobili\u00e1rios), com R$ 62,0 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"285519\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\talt=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 os <strong>Fiagros-FIP<\/strong> (Fundos de Investimento em Participa\u00e7\u00f5es) n\u00e3o tiveram nenhuma emiss\u00e3o em julho. A Anbima destaca ainda que os principais subscritores foram os fundos de investimento, com 86%, seguidos das pessoas f\u00edsicas, com 14%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 o patrim\u00f4nio l\u00edquido total dos fundos em cadeias agroindustriais mais do que dobrou de tamanho. Segundo a Anbima, houve um crescimento de 126,8% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a julho do ano passado, totalizando R$ 39,7 bilh\u00f5es. Dentro do PL total, os do tipo FIIs t\u00eam a maior representatividade, com 44% e volume de R$ 17,5 bilh\u00f5es, ligeiramente \u00e0 frente dos do tipo FIPs, com 43% e PL de R$ 17,1 bilh\u00f5es. Os Fiagros-FIDC t\u00eam 12,9% do PL total, com R$ 5,1 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apesar do cen\u00e1rio de crescimento para os <strong>Fiagros<\/strong>, a capta\u00e7\u00e3o l\u00edquida dos fundos acabou encerrando julho com mais resgates do que aplica\u00e7\u00f5es pela primeira vez no ano, com sa\u00edda l\u00edquida de R$ 147,5 milh\u00f5es. Os Fiagros-FII lideraram os resgates em julho, com sa\u00edda de R$ 108,4 milh\u00f5es, seguido pelos Fiagros-FIDC, com retirada de R$ 41,1 milh\u00f5es. A \u00fanica capta\u00e7\u00e3o positiva, ficou com os Fiagros-FIP, com R$ 2 milh\u00f5es.
