a partir de 1,35% ao m\u00eas e com prazos mais flex\u00edveis, que podem chegar a at\u00e9 20 anos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a nova opera\u00e7\u00e3o de empr\u00e9stimo permite diferentes possibilidades de uso &#8211; Por exemplo: em um financiamento imobili\u00e1rio de R$ 500 mil em andamento, em que j\u00e1 foi realizado o pagamento de R$ 200 mil ao longo do tempo, h\u00e1 a possibilidade de contratar novo empr\u00e9stimo de at\u00e9 R$ 200 mil, com a mesma garantia\u201d, explica Thales Silva, diretor de Cr\u00e9dito Imobili\u00e1rio, Cons\u00f3rcio e Ve\u00edculos do Ita\u00fa Unibanco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Desempenho das a\u00e7\u00f5es do Ita\u00fa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As <a href=\"https:\/\/statusinvest.com.br\/acoes\/itub4\">a\u00e7\u00f5es do <strong>Ita\u00fa<\/strong><\/a> caem 0,8% no preg\u00e3o desta sexta-feira (23) por volta das 16h.
