Tais fontes afirmam que o que tem sido discutido no momento \u00e9 estrutura, governan\u00e7a e termos de troca. Elas complementam dizendo que, como os pre\u00e7os das <strong>a\u00e7\u00f5es da Azul<\/strong> e da Gol n\u00e3o s\u00e3o considerados justos, existe um c\u00e1lculo complexo para determinar o valor de cada empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma eventual fus\u00e3o entre <strong>Azul e Gol<\/strong> ganhou for\u00e7a ap\u00f3s o acordo de compartilhamento de voos entre as empresas.
