A companhia registrou preju\u00edzo financeiro tanto no trimestre quanto no ano de 2019 inteiro.<\/p>\n<p>A \u00c2nima apresentou uma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/o-que-receita-liquida\/\">receita l\u00edquida<\/a> de R$ 319,9 milh\u00f5es no quarto trimestre de 2019. Sem contar as aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es, o crescimento da base foi de 7,3%, para 107,6 mil alunos.<\/p>\n<h2>Compra da Unicuritiba pela \u00c2nima<\/h2>\n<p>A \u00c2nima Educa\u00e7\u00e3o comunicou, em meados de fevereiro, que o Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econ\u00f4mica (CADE) aprovou a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da Unicuritiba, sem restri\u00e7\u00f5es<\/p>\n<p>A Unicuritiba possui 5,2 mil alunos em sua base de ensino e disponibiliza 13 cursos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o.
