Esse \u00e9 o meu perfil. Sou uma pessoa que busca fazer as coisas, mas fazer as coisas com tempestividade. O sistema petrol\u00edfero tem uma vari\u00e1vel que \u00e9 o tempo, as coisas tem que ser tempestivas&#8221;, disse Magda, ao pregar respeito \u00e0 l\u00f3gica empresarial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dividendos v\u00e3o cair? Magda responde<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Logo na sequ\u00eancia, a <strong>CEO da Petrobras<\/strong> foi perguntada sobre dividendos e o temor de investidores privados de verem o porcentual de proventos relativo ao <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/fluxo-caixa-livre\/\" rel=\"noopener\">fluxo de caixa livre<\/a> cair. Magda, ent\u00e3o, respondeu que vai respeitar a &#8220;l\u00f3gica empresarial&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Vamos respeitar a l\u00f3gica empresarial. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 como gerir a Petrobras sem respeitar a l\u00f3gica empresarial&#8221;, disse, para, na sequ\u00eancia, afirmar que \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio atender ao mesmo tempo os interesses tanto de acionistas p\u00fablicos quanto privados. &#8220;Se tem lucro, tem <strong>dividendos da Petrobras<\/strong>. N\u00f3s queremos ter lucro e queremos ter dividendos&#8221;, disse em um segundo momento, ao ser novamente questionada sobre esse assunto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;A palavra chave \u00e9 conversa. Temos que conversar muito e entender as demandas de cada um . E colocar a Petrobras para atender os interesses desses seus acionistas dentro da l\u00f3gica empresarial&#8221;, repetiu, sem ser espec\u00edfica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prioridades da nova CEO da Petrobras<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Magda Chambriard<\/strong> lembrou que come\u00e7ou na Petrobras com apenas 22 anos e que retornar para chefi\u00e1-la \u00e9 uma &#8220;grande honra&#8221;. Ela lembrou que foi testemunha do bom desempenho da companhia por d\u00e9cadas, mesmo quando migrou para a ANP, per\u00edodo que abarcou a descoberta e o in\u00edcio do desenvolvimento do pr\u00e9-sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Magda falou ent\u00e3o sobre suas prioridades, sendo a principal o bom desempenho da frente de explora\u00e7\u00e3o e <strong>produ\u00e7\u00e3o de petr\u00f3leo <\/strong>e g\u00e1s, principal neg\u00f3cio da empresa. Refuto que a energia renov\u00e1vel d\u00ea preju\u00edzo, o mundo quer isso&#8221;, disse Magda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo Magda, a quest\u00e3o do interesse em renov\u00e1veis vem de uma l\u00f3gica comercial em um mundo que mira a neutralidade em carbono (net zero).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, portanto, \u00e9 de que a <strong>nova gest\u00e3o da Petrobras<\/strong> deve dar continuidade \u00e0 busca por ativos de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de energia renov\u00e1vel, como vinha acontecendo sob Jean Paul Prates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conforme apurou o <i>Broadcast<\/i> (sistema de not\u00edcias em tempo real do Grupo Estado), o diretor Mauricio Tolmasquim deve seguir no cargo de diretor de Transi\u00e7\u00e3o Energ\u00e9tica e Sustentabilidade, sendo o respons\u00e1vel por esses projetos.
