A empresa havia protocolado em fevereiro, na sexat-feira (21), o pedido de <strong>oferta inicial<\/strong>\u00a0na<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/cvm\/\"><strong> Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM)<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAgora n\u00e3o d\u00e1 mais pra fazer, vai atrasar pelo menos tr\u00eas a seis meses\u201d, afirmou uma das fontes, sob condi\u00e7\u00e3o de anonimato \u00e0 ag\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>A previs\u00e3o inicial era de que o processo de <strong>IPO<\/strong> fosse conclu\u00eddo ainda em abril.<\/p>\n<h2>Mais sobre o pedido de IPO da Caixa Seguridade<\/h2>\n<p>A abertura de capital do bra\u00e7o de seguros do banco<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>prev\u00ea uma oferta secund\u00e1ria de a\u00e7\u00f5es.\u00a0 Os bancos coordenadores da opera\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o, al\u00e9m do pr\u00f3prio banco p\u00fablico:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Morgan Stanley<\/li>\n<li>Bank of America,<\/li>\n<li>Credit Suisse,<\/li>\n<li>Ita\u00fa BBA,<\/li>\n<li>Banco do Brasil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>H\u00e1 tr\u00eas anos, o grupo segurador\u00a0tinha desistido de abrir seu capital alegando condi\u00e7\u00f5es adversas do mercado. O presidente da Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal, <strong>Pedro Guimar\u00e3es,<\/strong> quer abrir seu capital para levar adiante o plano de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/privatizacao\/\">desestatiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> <\/strong>da institui\u00e7\u00e3o banc\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/caixa-seguridade-pedido-ipo-cvm\/\">Saiba mais: Caixa Seguridade protocola pedido de IPO na CVM<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o objetivo \u00e9 obter recursos e pagar as d\u00edvidas que o banco p\u00fablico tem com a Uni\u00e3o, os chamados Instrumentos H\u00edbridos de Capital e D\u00edvida (ICHD).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;O primeiro passo [para usar os recursos captados] \u00e9 pagar d\u00edvida. N\u00e3o podemos ter uma d\u00edvida de vencimento e n\u00e3o pagar.
