O valor ser\u00e1 pago apenas aos investidores que possuem cotas do <strong>fundo imobili\u00e1rio XPML11<\/strong> ap\u00f3s o fechamento do preg\u00e3o de hoje (17) na Bolsa de Valores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nesse caso, as cotas adquiridas a partir de segunda-feira (20) n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o contabilizadas nessa distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de proventos. Assim, o valor atual mostra um crescimento mensal de 1,099%, ap\u00f3s um adicional de R$ 0,01 por cota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No acumulado deste ano, os rendimentos do XP Malls totalizaram R$ 4,55 por cota, o que corresponde a uma quantia 12,07% maior que a distribu\u00edda no mesmo per\u00edodo de 2023 \u2013 total pago de janeiro a maio do ano passado \u2013 de R$ 4,06 por cota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao final desta sexta-feira (17), a cota\u00e7\u00e3o do fundo era de 117,22 que, considerando a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o acumulada no intervalo de 1 ano, que \u00e9 de R$ 10,48 por cota, corresponde a um <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/dividend-yield-como-calcular\/\" rel=\"noopener\">dividend yield<\/a> (DY) anual de 8,94%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Dividendos do XPML11<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valor: R$ 0,92 por cota<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data de corte: 17 de maio de 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data de pagamento: 24 de maio de 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valor acumulado 12 meses: R$ 10,48 por cota<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dividend Yield (DY) 12 meses: 8,94%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Considerando os<strong> rendimentos do XPML11<\/strong> j\u00e1 distribu\u00eddos, a m\u00e9dia mensal dos \u00faltimos 2 anos \u00e9 de R$ 0,809 por cota. Nos \u00faltimos 12 meses, essa m\u00e9dia \u00e9 de R$ 0,864 por cota ao m\u00eas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O FII <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/xpml11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">XPML11<\/a> conta atualmente com um <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/valor-de-mercado\/\" rel=\"noopener\">valor de mercado<\/a> de R$ 4,659 bilh\u00f5es, considerando a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de 0,09% registrada nesta sexta-feira (17). A performance semanal foi de +0,45%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com esse novo ganho semanal, o <strong>XPML11 <\/strong>registrou sua quinta semana seguida de alta. No m\u00eas de maio, o desempenho acumulado \u00e9 de +0,78%.
