O lucro antes de juros, impostos, deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o (Ebitda) avan\u00e7ou 69% no quarto trimestre de 2019, para R$ 243,8 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/o-que-receita-liquida\/\">receita l\u00edquida<\/a> da Omega tamb\u00e9m teve crescimento, de 60%, no quarto trimestre de 2019, para R$ 330,7 milh\u00f5es. No \u00faltimo trimestre de 2018, a empresa de energia renov\u00e1vel obteve R$ 206,5 milh\u00f5es de receita.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/engie-fecha-compra-da-novo-estado\/\">Veja tamb\u00e9m: Engie (EGIE3) fecha compra da Novo Estado por R$ 410 milh\u00f5es<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A d\u00edvida l\u00edquida da companhia no \u00faltimo trimestre do ano passado foi de R$ 2,81 bilh\u00f5es, uma alta de 55% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a d\u00edvida l\u00edquida do mesmo per\u00edodo de 2018, de R$ 1,81 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A capacidade instalada da Omega Gera\u00e7\u00e3o chegou a 1.047 megawatts no quarto trimestre do ano passado. O avan\u00e7o foi de 65% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com a capacidade de 636,7 megawatts do ano anterior.<\/p>\n<h2>Aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o realizada pela Omega<\/h2>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/cade\/\">Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econ\u00f4mica (CADE)<\/a> aprovou a compra pela empresa brasileira de energia renov\u00e1vel <strong>Omega Gera\u00e7\u00e3o SA<\/strong> do Complexo E\u00f3lico Assurua III de 50 MW ao final de fevereiro.<\/p>\n<p>A Omega adquiriu 100% das a\u00e7\u00f5es do Fundo de Investimentos em <strong>Participa\u00e7\u00f5es em Infraestrutura Energ\u00e9tica Renov\u00e1veis<\/strong> \u200b\u200b(FIP IEER) na CEA III (Centrais Eolicas Assurua III).<\/p>\n<p>A Omega Gera\u00e7\u00e3o realizou um <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/follow-on\/\">follow-on<\/a> em setembro do ano passado e conseguiu recursos para a compra de tr\u00eas projetos. O bra\u00e7o de gera\u00e7\u00e3o da Omega Energia tem foco em adquirir neg\u00f3cios j\u00e1 operacionais. A empresa possui, atualmente, 34 empreendimentos.<\/p>\n<p>No ano passado, os pap\u00e9is da <strong>Omega<\/strong> <strong>Gera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> valorizaram aproximadamente 106%.
