A Weg<\/strong> (WEGE3)<\/a> aprovou um novo aumento do capital social da companhia, que passar\u00e1 de R$ 6,504 bilh\u00f5es para R$ 7,504 bilh\u00f5es, ou seja, um adicional de R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\t

O aumento de capital social da Weg<\/strong> vai acontecer por meio da incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o de uma parcela do saldo da conta de reserva de lucros<\/a> para investimentos, no montante de R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desse modo, a altera\u00e7\u00e3o do capital social da companhia n\u00e3o prev\u00ea um aumento na quantidade de a\u00e7\u00f5es WEGE3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\t

\n\t\t\t\tLeia mais<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\tBCFF11 tem resultado de R$ 14,6 milh\u00f5es e paga maior dividendo em 20 meses; veja quanto\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n

As a\u00e7\u00f5es da Weg<\/strong> registraram uma desvaloriza\u00e7\u00e3o de 0,73% na sess\u00e3o de hoje (23), cotadas a R$ 37,99. Assim, a empresa registrou sua terceira baixa consecutiva na Bolsa de Valores e acumula um desempenho negativo em 0,55% no m\u00eas de abril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caso as a\u00e7\u00f5es da Weg<\/strong> terminem no campo negativo em abril, elas interrompem duas altas mensais seguidas registradas em fevereiro e mar\u00e7o de 2024. Considerando a cota\u00e7\u00e3o final de 2023, que foi de R$ 36,91, a performance deste ano \u00e9 positiva em 2,92%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>\u00daltimos resultados da Weg<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Em seu \u00faltimo balan\u00e7o trimestral, referente ao quarto trimestre de 2023 (4T23), a Weg registrou um lucro l\u00edquido<\/a> de R$ 1,744 bilh\u00e3o, com aumento de 46,2% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo do ano anterior (4T22).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conforme o documento de resultados da Weg<\/strong>, o Ebitda da companhia totalizou R$ 1,829 bilh\u00e3o, com crescimento anual de 17,3%. J\u00e1 a margem Ebitda<\/a> foi de 21,4%, com alta de 1,9 ponto percentual (p.p.) diante da margem observada no 4T22.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O faturamento l\u00edquido do per\u00edodo foi de R$ 8,561 bilh\u00f5es, com aumento anual de 7,3%, enquanto o retorno sobre o capital investido<\/a> (ROIC) foi de 39,2% no 4T23, aumentando 9,8 pontos percentuais na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o 4T22 e 3,8 pontos percentuais frente ao 3T23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
