A partir da sess\u00e3o de amanh\u00e3 (11), as cotas ser\u00e3o negociadas sem direito aos proventos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o realizada no mesmo per\u00edodo do ano passado, ou seja, abril de 2023, os novos proventos do <strong>Fiagro VGIA11<\/strong> mostraram uma diminui\u00e7\u00e3o de 24,1%, j\u00e1 que na \u00e9poca foi pago R$ 0,145 por cota.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<div data-element=\"shortcode-read-more\" class=\"knowMore\">\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"knowMore__title\">Leia mais<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"knowMore__link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/santander-sanb11-juros-sobre-capital-proprio-jcp-jvj\/\">\n\t\t\tSantander (SANB11) anuncia pagamento de R$ 1,5 bilh\u00e3o em JCP; veja valor por a\u00e7\u00e3o\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre o valor dos rendimentos n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/guias\/imposto-de-renda-guia\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Imposto de Renda<\/a>, no caso dos investidores pessoas f\u00edsicas, de maneira parecida ao que acontece com os dividendos de FIIs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos \u00faltimos 12 meses, os <strong>dividendos do VGIA11<\/strong> somam R$ 1,41 por cota. Levando em conta o pre\u00e7o da cota de R$ 8,51, o retorno dessa quantia \u00e9 de 16,57%. O dividend yield (DY) mensal \u00e9 de 1,29% (que corresponde a 16,66% ao ano).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Detalhes sobre o VGIA11<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O Fiagro tem um <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/valor-de-mercado\/\" rel=\"noopener\">valor de mercado<\/a> total de R$ 729,68 milh\u00f5es, o que \u00e9 13% inferior ao <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/valor-patrimonial\/\" rel=\"noopener\">valor patrimonial<\/a>, que \u00e9 de R$ 834,76 milh\u00f5es. Desse modo, o pre\u00e7o sobre valor patrimonial (P\/VP) atual \u00e9 de 0,87.
