A petroleira informou ainda que essa medida s\u00f3 deve ser tomada ap\u00f3s assembleia com acionistas, prevista para acontecer no dia 25 deste m\u00eas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Petrobras informou ainda que seu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/conselho-administracao\/\">conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> apresentou \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/assembleia-geral-ordinaria\/\">assembleia geral ordin\u00e1ria<\/a> (AGO) uma proposta de destinar o valor de R$ 43,9 bilh\u00f5es, correspondente ao lucro remanescente do exerc\u00edcio de 2023, para ser integralmente alocado na reserva de remunera\u00e7\u00e3o do capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At\u00e9 recentemente, a dire\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa informou que diante da aus\u00eancia de previs\u00e3o de preju\u00edzo no curto ou m\u00e9dio prazo, a reserva destinada aos R$ 43 bilh\u00f5es em <strong>dividendos extraordin\u00e1rios da Petrobras<\/strong> seria direcionada para a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o dos acionistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Embora os R$ 43,9 bilh\u00f5es n\u00e3o possam ser utilizados para outros prop\u00f3sitos, especialistas acreditam que a reten\u00e7\u00e3o desses fundos tem um efeito positivo para a empresa ao aumentar sua reserva de liquidez.
