No acumulado do ano, entretanto, o valor somou R$ 8,4 bilh\u00f5es, um crescimento de 37,1%.<\/p>\n<p>O<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ebitda\/\"> lucro antes de juros, impostos, deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o (Ebitda)<\/a> ajustado no \u00faltimo trimestre de 2019 foi de R$ 395,3 milh\u00f5es, uma alta de 42,5%. A margem Ebitda foi de 17,2%.<\/p>\n<p>No acumulado de 2019, o Ebitda avan\u00e7ou 44,3% e registrou R$ 1,2 bilh\u00e3o. A quantidade de leitos tamb\u00e9m cresceu, passando de 1.888 para 2.489, um avan\u00e7o de 31,8%.<\/p>\n<h2>Aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o do Grupo S\u00e3o Lucas pela NotreDame<\/h2>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/cade\/\">Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econ\u00f4mica (Cade)<\/a> e a Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Sa\u00fade (ANS) aprovaram, h\u00e1 cerca de um m\u00eas, a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o do Grupo S\u00e3o Lucas pela NotreDame. A negocia\u00e7\u00e3o foi autorizada sem restri\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>O valor da aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o foi de R$ 312 milh\u00f5es.
