Dessa forma, a companhia poder\u00e1 direcionar os recursos levantados para outros setores estrat\u00e9gicos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPoderemos vir a considerar alguma \u2018rota\u00e7\u00e3o de ativos\u2019 se vierem por a\u00ed oportunidades mais brilhantes na transmiss\u00e3o ou na pr\u00f3pria transmiss\u00e3o. Esse \u00e9 o resumo de nossa estrat\u00e9gia de crescimento\u201d, afirmou o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ceo\/\">CEO<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Setas afirmou que a companhia buscar\u00e1 adquirir projetos da \u00e1rea de transmiss\u00e3o no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/mercado-secundario\/\">mercado secund\u00e1rio<\/a>. Isso porque, segundo o CEO, a concorr\u00eancia para a compra de novos empreendimentos \u00e9 acirrada e, consequentemente, afeta os retornos.<\/p>\n<p>O CEO salientou que a companhia participou do \u00faltimo leil\u00e3o de concess\u00f5es de transmiss\u00e3o realizado pelo governo federal em dezembro de 2019. Diria que seria a prioridade n\u00famero 1. Mas h\u00e1 outras concession\u00e1rias, outras empresas de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o que podem vir a mercado, e portanto a companhia estar\u00e1 atenta \u00e0s potenciais futuras oportunidades\u201d, afirmou o executivo.<\/p>\n<h2>Resultados da EDP Brasil em 2019<\/h2>\n<p>A EDP\u00a0apresentou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/lucro-liquido\/\"><strong>lucro l\u00edquido<\/strong><\/a> acumulado de R$ 1,337 bilh\u00e3o em 2019. O valor foi 5,1% maior do que o registrado em 2018. Foi o melhor resultado da empresa de energia no Brasil desde quando come\u00e7ou a atuar, em meados dos anos 2000.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/edp-brasil-lucro-r-1-337-bilhao-recorde-historia-pais\/\">Saiba mais: EDP Brasil tem lucro de R$ 1,337 bilh\u00e3o; valor recorde em sua hist\u00f3ria no Pa\u00eds<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Segundo Setas, o resultado do ano passado foi puxado por melhoras nas \u00e1reas operacionais de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o, com revis\u00f5es tarif\u00e1rias &#8220;bem sucedidas&#8221; das distribuidoras do grupo, e pelo crescimento dos projetos de transmiss\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Entre outubro e dezembro de 2019, a <strong>EDP Brasil<\/strong> teve lucro l\u00edquido de R$ 499,3 milh\u00f5es, uma baixa de 4,7% em compara\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo do ano anterior.
