Foto: Reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo a WEG, o lucro do quarto trimestre de 2019, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o mesmo per\u00edodo do ano anterior, foi 49,3% superior, atingindo R$ 500,48 milh\u00f5es. Na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o trimestre imediatamente anterior, o resultado foi 19,7% maior.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/receita-liquida-operacional\/\">receita operacional l\u00edquida (ROL)<\/a> foi de R$ 3,77 bilh\u00f5es no intervalo de outubro a dezembro, 12,8% maior que o per\u00edodo de julho a setembro. A companhia ajustou o resultado com base nos efeitos da consolida\u00e7\u00e3o das aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es da Geremia Redutores, PPI-Multitask e da V2COM.<\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ebitda\/\"><strong>Ebitda<\/strong> (lucro antes de juros, impostos, deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/a> chegou a R$ 666,4 milh\u00f5es, 36,1% maior em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o mesmo per\u00edodo de 2018 e 15,1% superior sobre o terceiro trimestre de 2019.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"?Resultados da IRB (#IRB3), EDP (#ENBR3) e WEG (#WEGE3), Ita\u00fa divulga previs\u00f5es de PIB e d\u00f3lar\" width=\"200\" height=\"113\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Xi0MkGz8I-4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>A Margem Ebitda apresentada foi de 17,6%, 1,9 ponto percentual maior do que o reportado um ano antes, e 0,3 ponto percentual superior do que o trimestre anterior.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/o-que-roic\/\"><strong>Retorno sobre o Capital Investido (ROIC)<\/strong><\/a> atingiu 20,2% no \u00faltimo trimestre de 2019. O resultado do indicador equivale a uma alta de 2,6% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo de 2018, e uma alta de 1% em compara\u00e7\u00e3o ao trimestre imediatamente anterior.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/weg-anuncia-mudancas-quadro-diretivo\/\">Confira: WEG anuncia que far\u00e1 mudan\u00e7as em seu quadro diretivo<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo mercado local, os neg\u00f3cios da companhia apresentaram um bom desempenho, mesmo em um cen\u00e1rio de crescimento ainda t\u00edmido da economia brasileira\u201d, informou a WEG no comunicado. De acordo com a empresa, o desempenho foi impulsionado pelo resultado operacional e tamb\u00e9m pela melhora no resultado financeiro.<\/p>\n<p>O resultado financeiro saiu de negativo em R$ 39,4 milh\u00f5es no quarto trimestre de 2018 para positivo em R$ 12,9 milh\u00f5es no mesmo per\u00edodo de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Quanto \u00e0 d\u00edvida da empresa, a WEG informou que mudou seu perfil de endividamento. A companhia cortou sua d\u00edvida financeira bruta em 39%, pois aumentou a fatia de seus financiamentos que possuem vencimento de longo prazo.<\/p>\n<p>Dessa forma, o <strong>caixa l\u00edquido<\/strong> da empresa, em dezembro de 2019, \u00e9 84,6% maior do que em dezembro de 2018, atingindo R$ 1,27 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h2>WEG far\u00e1 recompra de a\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/conselho-administracao\/\">Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> da fabricante aprovou, na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira (18), um programa de recompra de at\u00e9 250 mil a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias (ON). As aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es poder\u00e3o ser feitas at\u00e9 18 de fevereiro de 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Atualmente, a WEG possui 741.419.088 a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias em circula\u00e7\u00e3o e 1.084.168 em tesouraria. <span style=\"font-size: 1.21429rem;\">Os pap\u00e9is ser\u00e3o comprados a pre\u00e7o de mercado no preg\u00e3o da Bolsa de Valores de S\u00e3o Paulo (B3) com o objetivo de perman\u00eancia em tesouraria e posterior aliena\u00e7\u00e3o ou cancelamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Nesta quarta-feira, por volta das 12h15, as a\u00e7\u00f5es da <strong>WEG<\/strong> apresentavam uma varia\u00e7\u00e3o positiva de 4,6% na B3.
