Com isso, a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/margem-ebitda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">margem Ebitda<\/a>&nbsp;ajustada ficou em 37,7%, aumento de 12,4 pontos porcentuais (p.p) na mesma base de compara\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo a 3R Petroleum, esse resultado reflete:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A contribui\u00e7\u00e3o de R$ 806,0 milh\u00f5es registrados no segmento upstream;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O resultado positivo de R$ 21,7 milh\u00f5es referentes ao segmento mid &amp; downstream, parcialmente compensados por R$ 44,5 milh\u00f5es negativos, referentes a despesas da estrutura corporativa;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R$ 86,6 milh\u00f5es em elimina\u00e7\u00f5es intercompany.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>O&nbsp;<strong>lucro bruto da 3R Petroleum<\/strong>&nbsp;no 4T23 chegou a R$ 578,9 milh\u00f5es, crescimento de 266,2% na base anual. J\u00e1 as<strong>&nbsp;despesas gerais e administrativas da 3R Petroleum&nbsp;<\/strong>no per\u00edodo somaram R$ 90,2 milh\u00f5es no 4T23, alta de 4,7% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O&nbsp;<strong>resultado financeiro l\u00edquido da 3R Petroleum<\/strong>&nbsp;foi positivo em R$ 36,8 milh\u00f5es, comparado a um resultado negativo de R$ 105,6 milh\u00f5es no 4T22 e negativo de R$ 179,0 milh\u00f5es no trimestre anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A 3R Petroleum encerrou o ano com uma&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/divida-liquida\/\">d\u00edvida l\u00edquida<\/a>&nbsp;de R$ 4,8 bilh\u00f5es, queda de 4,3% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o trimestral. J\u00e1 o indicador de&nbsp;<strong>alavancagem financeira da 3R<\/strong>, medido pela <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/divida-liquida\/\">d\u00edvida l\u00edquida<\/a>\/Ebitda proforma, ficou em 2,4 vezes em dezembro de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3R Petroleum: mercado est\u00e1 na expectativa sobre fus\u00e3o com PetroReconcavo (RECV3), diz Genial<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Em relat\u00f3rio, a<strong>&nbsp;Genial Investimentos<\/strong>&nbsp;manteve a sua recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o de compra para as&nbsp;<strong>a\u00e7\u00f5es de 3R Petroleum<\/strong>, com pre\u00e7o-alvo a R$ 62,00, pautada principalmente na expectativa de fus\u00e3o com a&nbsp;<strong>PetroReconcavo&nbsp;<\/strong>(<a href=\"https:\/\/statusinvest.com.br\/acoes\/recv3?__hstc=189907700.a70e542b5675529ab30fec42ef1e7569.1707742872426.1710238327557.1710249629804.80&amp;__hssc=189907700.13.1710249629804&amp;__hsfp=3087225308\">RECV3<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A casa acredita que a&nbsp;<strong>fus\u00e3o entre a 3R Petroleum e a PetroReconcavo<\/strong>&nbsp;se materializando deva ser um gatilho de valor interessante para ambas as empresas, mas principalmente para a&nbsp;3R,&nbsp;por negociar com os m\u00faltiplos mais depreciados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cChamou nossa aten\u00e7\u00e3o o fato da opera\u00e7\u00e3o estar ocorrendo sem grandes alardes por parte dos grupos controladores. Nossa impress\u00e3o \u00e9 que o processo deve se tratar de apenas o \u201cajuste fino\u201d entre os termos da nova empresa a ser formada, onde acreditamos que a 3R v\u00e1 acabar por ter uma fatia superior aos 50%\/50% inicialmente sugerido, tendo em vista o tamanho e a qualidade do seu portf\u00f3lio em termos de reservas\u201d, escrevem os analistas Vitor Sousa e Israel Rodrigues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Genial avalia que a 3R fechou seu primeiro ano com o \u201cportf\u00f3lio completo\u201d, n\u00e3o lhe restando mais ativos para serem incorporados e que amentavam a produ\u00e7\u00e3o da companhia de forma inorg\u00e2nica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDaqui para frente, inicia-se o real desafio, o processo de revitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos campos, executar a programa\u00e7\u00e3o de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o dos ativos e aumentar sua produ\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3leo e g\u00e1s, conciliando o n\u00edvel de Capex exigido para algo pr\u00f3ximo ao estipulado em sua certifica\u00e7\u00e3o de reservas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para a Genial, o&nbsp;<strong>resultado trimestral da 3R<\/strong>&nbsp;foi positivo, com a empresa conseguindo elevar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o da maioria de seus campos, apesar de algumas paradas t\u00e9cnicas e conseguindo gerar certo n\u00edvel de caixa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assim, al\u00e9m da expectativa em torno da fus\u00e3o com a PetroReconcavo, a casa acredita que a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o de reservas, que deve ser lan\u00e7ada entre mar\u00e7o e maio, trazendo novas perspectivas sobre volume de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e investimentos exigidos (algo que pressiona muito a performance da a\u00e7\u00e3o), tamb\u00e9m deve movimentar os&nbsp;<strong>pap\u00e9is da 3R<\/strong>&nbsp;em 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a
