Isso mostra parte do potencial do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/mercado-de-capitais-conceito\/\">mercado de capitais<\/a> em um momento de expectativa por mais <strong>cortes na Selic<\/strong> e a busca dos investidores por diversifica\u00e7\u00e3o de suas carteiras, o que j\u00e1 se reflete no apetite por ativos mais sens\u00edveis \u00e0 taxa de juros\u201d, afirma\u00a0Guilherme Maranh\u00e3o, presidente do F\u00f3rum de Estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercado de Capitais da entidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As <strong>ofertas de&nbsp;deb\u00eantures<\/strong>&nbsp;mais uma vez lideraram as capta\u00e7\u00f5es, somando R$ 22,4 bilh\u00f5es em fevereiro, com um salto de 237,1% ante o mesmo m\u00eas do ano passado, e R$ 30,7 bilh\u00f5es no bimestre, com crescimento de 21,1% no confronto com igual intervalo em 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A maioria das <strong>emiss\u00f5es de deb\u00eantures<\/strong> no acumulado deste ano foi direcionada para gest\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria dos neg\u00f3cios (32,2%) e investimentos em infraestrutura (16,9%). J\u00e1 as emiss\u00f5es de&nbsp;<strong>Certificados de Receb\u00edveis do Agroneg\u00f3cio<\/strong> (CRAs) tiveram expans\u00e3o de 54% em fevereiro, para R$ 3,6 bilh\u00f5es, e de 67% nos dois primeiros meses do ano, para R$ 5,1 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os&nbsp;<strong>Fundos de Investimento em Direitos Credit\u00f3rios<\/strong> (FIDCs) tamb\u00e9m apresentaram alta, chegando a R$ 2,5 bilh\u00f5es em fevereiro e a R$ 5,5 bilh\u00f5es no ano, contabilizando aumentos de 74,3% e de 51,8%, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos produtos h\u00edbridos, os&nbsp;<strong>Fundos de Investimento Imobili\u00e1rio<\/strong> (FIIs) se destacaram, atingindo R$ 4,0 bilh\u00f5es em fevereiro, com 123,9% de alta, e R$ 7,1 bilh\u00f5es no primeiro bimestre, com crescimento de 114,5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/renda-variavel-7-dicas\/\"><strong>renda vari\u00e1vel<\/strong><\/a>, as primeiras <strong>opera\u00e7\u00f5es de\u00a0follow-on\u00a0<\/strong>(<strong>oferta subsequente de a\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>) do ano foram encerradas, totalizando R$ 3,1 bilh\u00f5es em emiss\u00f5es em fevereiro.
