Do total, 9,77 mil boed referem-se ao petr\u00f3leo e 4,66 mil boed de g\u00e1s natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No <strong>Polo Bahia<\/strong>, foram produzidos 12,79 mil boed no m\u00eas passado, sendo 6,25 mil boed de petr\u00f3leo e 6,54 mil boed de g\u00e1s natural. No per\u00edodo, a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3leo foi impactada pelo decl\u00ednio da produ\u00e7\u00e3o no <strong>campo de Miranga<\/strong>, que passou por a\u00e7\u00f5es de incremento entre novembro e dezembro do ano passado, segundo a empesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No m\u00eas passado, a <strong>entrega de petr\u00f3leo<\/strong> <strong>da PetroReconcavo<\/strong> somou 514,75 mil boed. J\u00e1 a entrega de g\u00e1s natural foi de 315,76 mil boed. Para analistas, um poss\u00edvel acordo entre as empresas seria positivo, com bons ganhos de escala.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo a Genial Investimentos, o evento destravaria valor para ambas as empresas, mais precisamente para&nbsp;<strong>3R Petroleum<\/strong>, que \u00e9 um ativo subavaliado em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Petroreconcavo. Com isso, \u00e9 estimado um potencial de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de pelo menos 36% para 3R se for considerada a&nbsp;reprecifica\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00faltiplos impl\u00edcita na proposta de&nbsp;<strong>fus\u00e3o com a 3R Petroleum<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em linha com essa tese, a XP tamb\u00e9m diz que o&nbsp;<strong>acordo entre 3R e Petroreconcavo&nbsp;<\/strong>ocorre em um momento no qual ambas as a\u00e7\u00f5es das empresas est\u00e3o subvalorizadas, com interesses de investidores diminuindo. \u201cPortanto, mesmo que esse acordo n\u00e3o avance, acreditamos que ele lan\u00e7a luz sobre o potencial de consolida\u00e7\u00e3o e sobre o pre\u00e7o baixo das a\u00e7\u00f5es de ambas as empresas, o que deve ajudar os dois casos de investimento\u201d, explicam os especialistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao estimar os ganhos para os acionistas, ap\u00f3s uma s\u00e9rie de suposi\u00e7\u00f5es, a XP projeta um potencial de alta de aproximadamente 29% para a&nbsp;<strong>RRRP3<\/strong>&nbsp;e de 18% para os&nbsp;<strong>acionistas da RECV<\/strong>3. A corretora ainda destaca que os pap\u00e9is da 3R Petroleum e PetroReconcavo est\u00e3o sendo negociados com um desconto significativo em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao setor, visto que as duas est\u00e3o 45% abaixo de suas m\u00e1ximas hist\u00f3ricas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m de todas as sinergias, diz a Genial, mesmo que a transa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o se materialize, o evento deve ser positivo ao jogar luz em ambos os cases e mostrar as potencialidades dos ativos \u2013 principalmente da 3R Petroleum.
